GWAZA supplies goods on a Business-to-Business (B2B)
Returns (Stock Items Only)
If you wish to return a stock item because it is unsuitable, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, goods must be:
Approved returns can be subject to a 20% restocking/handling charge. Return transport costs are payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing. A credit note for the purchase price, less the restocking fee, will be processed within 7 days of receipt and inspection.
Custom Manufactured / Made-to-Order Items
Products that are custom made to order are not eligible for return unless faulty or not as described.
Damaged Deliveries
Please check goods on delivery. If packaging or goods appear damaged, the delivery should be signed for as “damaged.” Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery with full details and supporting photos.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
We warrant that all goods supplied will be of merchantable quality, as defined under the Irish Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980.
If goods are found to be faulty or incorrect and do not meet these statutory standards, we will arrange collection and, at our discretion, provide:

Replacement goods with free shipping, OR

A professional repair, OR

A credit note or refund.
